FAQ

Is the platform available now?

Not publicly. We're in a private design-partner phase and on track for public launch in late 2026. Early partners get reduced commercial terms and direct influence on the roadmap.

Do I need to own drones to use AIMiner?

No. The analytics layer runs on your existing archive and on public datasets. Drones come in only when the analytics ROI justifies them — and the marketplace helps you procure the right gear from vetted partners.

What about tropical or canopied sites?

That's exactly what the geophysics sensor stack is for. The matcher detects dense-canopy missions and prioritises magnetometer / gamma-ray / EM payloads over pure spectral.

Is my data secure? Can I bring my own AI keys?

Yes to both. All tenants are fully isolated (separate user pools, RBAC, audit logs, certificate portfolios). You can bring your own AI provider keys per tenant. Sovereign deployments support air-gapped / on-premise installs.

Which jurisdictions are supported at launch?

Mining-rights compliance ships with rule packs for Zimbabwe, South Africa, DRC, and Zambia. Australia, Indonesia, PNG, Solomon Islands, and Brazil are in the next-phase plan. Additional jurisdictions are added as design partners come on board.

Can it run offline in the field?

Yes. The field-edge gateway runs the same container images as our cloud deployment. Three-tier connectivity failover: full online → degraded (telemetry downsampled, imagery buffered) → offline (vehicles execute pre-loaded plans; resumable upload on reconnect).
